Our Management Structure
For any enterprise to succeed, proper and efficient management is essential in order to realize good returns on investment.
Sports is both labor-intensive and technical enterprises. For maximum improvement, efficient sports officials, coaches, trainers, conditioners and management is required on daily basis.
Team managers, coaches and other sports administrator must be put into training program to upskill them and enable them to effectively manage sports within the district and abroad. Therefore close supervision is necessary within districts to properly coordinate different sporting codes.
The Table below indicates the proposed personnel to carry out the work with the Mt. Hagen District Sports Association:
